Our Curio series is the first of it's kind for Bow & Arrow. We acquired our foeder (pronounced food-er) about 18-months ago and in that time the elements of nature have worked MAGIC creating a beautifully complex farmhouse ale.

This set is made extra special by the fact that many of these adjunct ingredients were harvested BY HAND from the fields and mountains of New Mexico. The yeast is from our peach tree and a local lavender field. The Neomexicanus hops are from winding trails in the depths of the Jemez Mountains. The Navajo Tea is from the deep rez. The Sumac berries were sourced from Navajo Agricultural Products Industries.

This is the ultimate tasting set of the flavors of the American Southwest. Rich in not just tasting notes but in the history & culture of our land.
