NAIOP Eagle Award for Excellence
https://www.abqjournal.com/906643/chairmans-award.html
On Friday, December 9th, we received the 2016 NAIOP Award for Excellence in the Retail category for the state of NM! NAIOP’s Eagle Awards are given each year to the top real estate projects by category. Judging teams toured projects and evaluated them for project development, architectural integrity, challenges, market feasibility, sustainable attributes and overall success. “Judges weren’t looking at whether it was a ‘pretty’ building, but at other measures of success, such as getting past hurdles and staying on budget,” said outgoing Chairman Kevin Yearout. “In the end, they want to see if the project (either new construction or remodels) is something that enhances the built environment.”
Big thanks to our amazing partners Mullen Heller Architecture P.C. and general contractor Vision Build for bringing our vision to life! You all are amazing!🙌🏽✨

Congrats to all of the other businesses working hard to enhance our city!
First Beer Dinner Success!
On Sunday, 9/18, at 6pm we held our first beer dinner in partnership with Vida Verde Farm, the Southwest Grassfed Livestock Alliance and Chef Myles Lucero. It was a sold out private event and we closed the brew hall early to host. Upon arrival, attendees made their way to a long communal table running the length of the beer hall, beneath the oversized rustic chandeliers, set with beautiful flowers from Vida Verde Farm. Bow & Arrow owner, Shyla Sheppard, welcomed guests, and provided an introduction to the special event. Nancy Ranney, President of the Southwest Grassfed Livestock Alliance shared information on SWGLA and the value in raising grassfed livestock.
The dinner theme, Horn & Husk, was a celebration of the harvest and unique culture and place of the American Southwest. The meal consisted of 5 courses with Bow & Arrow beer pairings. Inspiration for and information on each of the unique courses, produce sources and beers were provided by Chef Myles, Seth of Vida Verde Farm and Bow & Arrow head brewer Luke Steadman.
Based on feedback from our guests, we are pleased to be able to say it was a wild success! Many thanks to our supporters and friends. Stay tuned for future beer dinner events! Cheers!

Special 4-part Pale Ale Series
First 2 beers in Pale Ale series.
We are always dreaming up fun new ways to feature our beers and provide a learning opportunity for our customers as they embark on their craft beer journeys. This time around, we found it interesting to brew up a set of rotating Pale Ales to explore the adventurous boundaries of balancing various hops and unique malts. To date, we've released 2 of the 4 beers, "Dust Up" and "Bison Eye Rye". "Dust Up", is a cloudy pale ale, that showcases caramelized wheat, an abundant amount of earthy forest hops and finishes crisp and snappy. It is unfiltered, untamed, yet friendly to consume. This past Monday we released "Bison Eye Rye", an unfiltered rye pale ale, crafted with a healthy dose of toasted rye malt and a bodacious amount of New Zealand hops. Its tropical aromas of melon and pineapple are balanced with a touch of sweet honey and a refreshing snap due to the mix of bittering hops and rye. It is unfiltered, adventurous and crushable. Coming up, the final two beers in the series will be a wild rice pale ale, featuring a rich earthiness and will be the highest IBU beer of the series, followed by a Belgian red hybrid pale ale, which will involve a dueling yeast profile with yeasts of Belgian origin and classic clean American yeast.
We are saving a keg of each of the beers so be sure to come back and see us to vote when we re-release all 4 beers and cast your vote! We'll offer a Pale Ale Series flight of the 4 beers. Flight purchasers will vote on their favorite. The winning beer will be brewed a final time for your maximum enjoyment. Cheers and always aim for adventure, friends!
